Pre-Session: Sessions begin once you register. Many individuals report feeling the impact of their committed "Yes! I am in!". Kristin is often aware of your soul's requests at this time. She begins energetic preparation for your session for the 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Your Preparation: Please center and meditate prior to your session to align with your highest clarity and intentions. You do not need to have a list or even know why you were called to meet. If you do know, sometimes it changes the moment we meet. It is all perfect.
Start of The Session: At the start of the session, Kristin will take time to deeply listen and explore your intention for the session together.
Multidimensional Collaboration: During your session, your soul team (your guides, soul, and enlightened self ) co-create healing through many layers of existence along with Kristin and her enlightened multidimensional light team. This collaboration occurs through silence and words. There can be significant periods of silence when Kristin is actively engaged in the healing alchemy transmission.
